Build it now. Pay for it over time.

Most of our clients finance at least part of their project. We work with three lenders who specialise in pools and outdoor living, so the application understands what you're building.

How it works

We design it. You choose how to fund it.

Financing is arranged directly between you and the lender. We're not a broker and we take no part of the loan — which means we've no reason to steer you anywhere. What we can do is give you a fixed, detailed number to apply against, so you aren't guessing at an amount.

  • Get your design and estimate first. Apply against a real scope rather than a rough figure.
  • Apply directly with the lender. Most decisions come back within a day or two.
  • Unsecured options exist. Several of these lenders don't require equity in the home.
  • Phase the build if you'd rather. Pool now, ramada and kitchen next year — designed as one plan either way.

Paying for it

Financing partners.

Three lenders who specialise in outdoor and pool projects. We can point you to any of them — the application and the terms are between you and the lender, not us.

Outdoorscapes Design Group is not a lender and does not provide financial advice. Rates, terms and approval are determined by the lender. Links above take you to the lender's own site.

Common questions

Before you apply.

Not strictly, but it helps. Lenders ask how much you want to borrow, and a detailed estimate from us means you're applying for the right amount rather than guessing high and paying interest on money you don't use.
No. We point you to lenders we've seen work well for outdoor projects, and that's where our involvement ends. The application, the underwriting and the terms are between you and them.
Not for all of them. Lyon and HFS both offer unsecured home improvement lending that doesn't rely on equity. Copper State's product is a home equity loan, so that one does.
Yes, and plenty of clients do. We design the whole yard once so it hangs together, then build it in stages as budget allows. Sleeving, conduit and drainage for later phases get put in during the first one, which is far cheaper than opening the hardscape back up.
On a draw schedule tied to construction milestones, laid out in your contract before anything starts. You'll know each amount and roughly when it lands before you sign.
